Mentors for Resourceful Collaboration (MRC) is established with the following beliefs:

  • It can shape the career of EHS (Environment Health & Safety) professionals and help them to become a Successful Leader.
  • It can help organizations in creating a sustainable “defect free” work culture.
The MRC works in the field of ESG with special emphasis on Environment Protection & Industrial Safety.

The company has provided an online platform to professionals for exchanging their thoughts and ideas with experienced industrial experts. This engagement will help professionals bringing clarity of thoughts & in implementing program with “purpose” evaluating the overall organizational goal.

MRC collaborates with the organizations/industries in the cultural transformation journey mainly focusing on Environment Management, Safety Leadership, and Risk-Mitigation. Our focus is to find ways to reduce the possibility of human error through implementation of “Critical Controls”.

Preservation of nature and protection of human life during industrial activities needs faster collaboration across industrial sectors through exchange of knowledge across the globe. The MRC is dedicated towards this cause.

  • This is an engagement forum for professionals. When you are angry, lonely, and looking for some support, MRC can help you. We may not be a professional coach, but our extensive practical experiences can be helpful to you.
  • Along with the one-on-one engagement, MRC can be your partner throughout your career journey by working silently at the backend. Based on the competency assessment, MRC can collaborate with Industries to bring a better career prospect for you. Our journey will not end once you receive your dream job.

(MRC is conceptualized by Dr Prabal Bandyopadhyay, Ph.D. – an experienced EHS professional, passionate leader & an entrepreneur)

My journey in the manufacturing sector in the last 28 years was eventful with lots of surprises, ups, and downs. Full of life lessons. These “lessons” often put mirror in front of me, forced me to introspect in this complex world, helped me in becoming a confident professional and a better human being.

Young, unbiased desire to make an impact in protecting the Environment and human life nudged the status quo, which amused many leaders but generated friction in the system. Changes were palpable…

Attaining and nurturing the culture of sustainability / ZERO HARM, required tenacity and perseverance, which are rare in this fast-changing world of “’instant gratification”. With time and wisdom, the youngster slowly took shelter inside a man and started believing in the power of collaboration and teamwork to accelerate the change.

I served big organizations like Hoechst / Bayer, Lafarge & Holcim during my professional life, 28 years in 3 organizations may be surprising to many young professionals in this millennium. But if you are serious about making an impact through cultural transformation, it takes time …

MRC is established for my young professionals who can learn from the real-life experiences of the “successful” professionals. The success is not always about your technical ability, it is more about how you handle the complexity of stakeholders and bring value for the organization. Both the aspects are important in the journey.

MRC is established for bringing solutions to the Industry / Organizations, cutting across the sectorial and geographical barrier to make a fast impact, in the canvas of sustainability and ESG. I believe, these are inspiring reasons for effective collaboration and MRC would like to be a catalyst in this process.
